How to make a healthy and delicious berries smoothie with these ingredients.

 

 

  • ½ teaspoons chia seeds.

  • 2 handfuls mixed berries consisting of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries preferably organic or frozen.

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any other milk.

  • Dates depend on how sweet you like a smoothie.

  • Ice if you like thicken a smoothie.

 

 

 

Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender. Drink this delicious smoothie in breakfast.
