Respect and Appreciation:

  1. Treat patients with all the respect and under all circumstances, in a manner which ensure maintaining of their dignity.
  2. Respect patient social, cultural, regional, confessional and spiritual believes.

Safety:

  1. Providing warning boards in all places where patient and his companion might be under risk.
  2. The medical care environment should be safe and suitable for patient health situation.
  3. Providing safety and security in all far and sensitive places, especially women hypnotism, delivery rooms, incubator and new birth ward.

Confidentiality:

  1. Guarantee full confidentiality for patient and not to reveal his problem, name or any type of disease. Also, not publishing any information related to him to others without his/her prior consistent.

Privacy:

  1. Not talking to anyone from visitors or others about medical care service given to the patient.
  2. Respect patient privacy and not to strap his body unless required.

Protection:

  1. Protect patient against verbal or psychological abuses that might take place by physician staff, nurses or other workers in the hospital.
  2. Provide sufficient procedures to protect patient belongings  against damaging and stealing.
  3. Protect children and babies against sexual abuse and abduction.
  4. Verify the identification of guardian, parent or a person authorized by patient to sign instead of him.

Obtain of Caring:

  1. Respect patient right to evaluate and treatment pains.
  2. Acquaintance of patient or his/her legal guardian with all information related to patient condition clearly, adequately and using a clear language.


Participating in Medical Care Plan:

  1. Know the identity of physician and clinical team and ways to contact them.
  2. To know the medical care offered by the health facility, adopted health care plans and capabilities of the facility from a physician.
  3. Physician discussing to the patient or guardian about suggested therapy and its expected advantages, and knowing medical alternatives, its complications and risks using clear and simple language.


Rejection of Medicine:

  1. The patient or guardian will have the right to reject all or part of suggested medicines. The facility shall, subject to such right unless contradicted applicable laws and inform them about the expected results of rejection and get their signatures on acknowledgement module for necessity.
  2. The patient or his guardian has the right to know alternative therapies in case of rejection.


Clearance and Extensiveness of Acknowledgment:

  1. Providing a list of therapies required detailed acknowledgment.
  2. Providing the patient with a complete medical report about his health situation after accurate check.
  3. The patient has the right to obtain an acknowledgment in case of photography with signing module prepared for that.

Dealing with Costs and Medical Insurance:

  1. The patient has the right to know all the procedures of the cost of his/her health situation before and after therapy.

Different Types Of Male Body

There are three different types, commonly used to classify the human body: ectomorphs, mesomorphs, and endomorphs. Only a few people fit neatly into one specific category. Most of us exhibit characteristics of more than one somatotype. This form of stereotyping was developed by a psychologist by the name of William Sheldon.


Back in the early 1940s, Sheldon studied the photographs of more than 4,000 college-age men. Based on his findings, he was able to identify several different body types. Later he consolidated them, reasoning that everyone could be classified as some combination of the three we use today.


Ectomorphs: 

They exhibit low levels of strength and size prior to training. They have relatively low levels of body fat, and small, narrow bones. They experience low levels of strength prior to training. However, they excel at endurance sports. It is a result of the higher than average proportion of slow twitch muscle fibers. They have fast metabolisms, which prevents them from gaining weight easily.  According to Sheldon, ectomorphs are introverted, socially anxious individuals, who tend to excel at mental tasks.


Mesomorphs: 

They are considered to be very genetically gifted individuals. They exhibit low levels of body fat, and impressive muscular development, even prior to training. Their thick bones are more conductive to building muscle. This gives them an advantage in strength and power sports. Sheldon said, that most mesomorphs are outgoing, adventurous individuals with action-oriented mentalities.


Endomorphs: 

It is considered to be the least desirable of all body types. Although they are strong in nature, they have a difficult time losing weight. Sheldon believed endomorphs to be focused on food and pleasure, rather than physical activity. They have more easygoing personalities.

Exercise #1 Quad Stretch:


Stretch the quadriceps can help to cut back pressure on the knee.


  1. Stand with a nearby sturdy chair for balance and support.
  2. Start with the feet shoulder-width apart, take a step backward with the right foot. Keep the posture straight and tuck the buttocks in to create a straight line with your body.
  3. Bend your knees slightly and feel a stretch in the front of the legs.
  4. Hold this stretch for 8-10 seconds, then repeat to stretch the other leg.




Exercise #2 Hamstring Stretch:


This exercise releases tension in the back of the leg with a seated stretch.

  1. Start with a foot flat on the ground, then extend one leg forward, flexing the foot backward.
  2. Lean slightly forward to feel a stretch in the back of the leg.




Exercise #3 Half Squats:


Half squats are a way to strengthen the front of the legs without putting excess strain on the knees.

  1. Start with the feet shoulder-width apart and the arms extended about shoulder height.
  2. Bend at the knees slightly, just enough to engage the quadriceps muscles.
  3. Hold this position for about 5-7 seconds, then straighten the knees to a standing position.



When to see a doctor?

  • If you can't bear weight on your knee or feel as if your knee is unstable.
  • If you have got marked knee swelling.
  • If you can't completely extend or flex your knee.
  • If you have got redness, pain and swelling in your knee.




A doctor could recommend treatments that include:

There is another way, an easier and monkey way. We look at those monkeys in the zoo and we always wonder how these monkeys can pick up a banana and open them so quickly. A monkey grabs a banana goes to the other side squeezes the bottom of the banana it breaks and they pull it.

Well, I'm going to show you how.
