How long should you hold a finger?
First
starting with the thumb, hold it nicely as you start to feel a pulse, after
about a minute or so, and then release it. Then go to the next finger, squeeze it
nicely as you start to feel a pulse within about 30 seconds to a minute at that
point release the finger and continue on with each finger as you feel the pulse
you release it until you complete all the fingers. Then immediately after take
your thumb of one hand and apply pressure in the center part of your hand
and hold it there for a minute or so you can hold it a little longer, you'll
notice your body continually starting to wind down and if needed you can do
this same with your other hand. This will stimulate meridians within
your body to allow you to feel those effects.

When should you do this exercise?
The
best time to do this exercise is before going to bed that will also help you fall
